I was impressed by the whole process of replacing my floors. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding all the types and colors available to choose from. The installers called the day before and arrived on time. They were very careful during the install and cleaned up the work area several times during the day. They even finished sooner than expected. This place really impressed us. We went to just about every Floor & Decor location in Houston and could not find a quality floor that we liked for the price we wanted. Mike and his crew are extremely knowledgeable. It's a great business model because they service their floors, so it's in everyone's best interest to get you good quality. Mike makes sure that his store sells products that he will back. You get the service of a local business but with great prices since they serve greater Houston. Mike got us a great great deal and everyone that we came across in the store and even the delivery guy were super helpful and friendly. They are super quick and Mike followed up the whole way though.
