We bought our floors from Floors For Living and Marcos helped us out. He was very flexible with when he could get the measurements needed and he brought samples to our home to see what the floors looked like in person too. We were able to expedite the installation too which was incredibly quick and the installers did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend Floors For Living!

John Casiano was a tremendous help with being able to locate the exact flooring I needed for a client of mine who was selling their home. I was able to buy in smaller quantities for minor repairs which was not the case at most flooring companies in the area. He knew the products extremely well, was patient with me while helping me understand what I needed to purchase and because it was available within a 10 day or less window it salvaged a real estate deal. I highly recommend working with John for your flooring needs. His store was very nice and his customer service was absolutely outstanding! He followed up with me every step of the way once I made the order with text and a photo of my purchase and ensured my delivery came in on time and made sure I had no issues upon pickup. Bravo!

Cannot thank Tough at the Conroe location for his help with our floors! After moving into a new home, we needed to match the floors they had previously laid. Tough helped up find the exact match and was able to do it all over the phone. Once we received the floors, we noticed we were a box short (our miscalculation, not his) and he went in on his day off so we could get an extra box ordered ASAP.
