David and his team are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone that needs advice on flooring. Everything from the selection process to David calling me after the job to make sure I was happy was way more than I would have expected from a flooring store. Shopping for flooring can create a lot of anxiety, but working with David really helped alleviate my fear of investing in such a long term decision.

He was transparent with us and what I really liked was giving us a fixed cost, so we are not hit with hidden fees come the day(s) of installation. He worked with our budget and expedited our installation timeline - which was HUGE!

He gives great and honest advice. Didn’t feel like I was working with a salesman, felt like I was working with a friend who had our back. Our floors look great and the team installing the floor did not cut any corners (pun intended).

My interaction with sales rep. Jorge was great. The timing of the install scheduled was acceptable & the installation went well. The floors look wonderful! I even had cleaner delivered to my home. Now that's great customer service. I had a callback for trim matching, they came right out to make the corrections. Overall it was a great experience.
