I had a wonderful experience with Sarah today. From the first greeting, she was very friendly and helpful. Sarah was knowledgeable about the different types of hard surfaces that I inquired about (laminate, tile, quartz). Every question I asked she was able to answer them and if she didn't have an answer she researched it on the spot which I didn't have a problem with. I rather a person say I don't know, but let me find out, than to make something up. Especially since I will verify it later anyway. With all of that being said, I am in my shopping-around prep/phase for my remodel, but she made it easy to consider making that location a potential one-stop shop for when I'm ready to move forward. Go see Sarah!

Great experience at Floors for Living. John is really knowledgeable and gave us no hard sale pressures at all. He helped us to decide on the right flooring for us. We will definitely use them again for any flooring needs in the future.
