Floors for Living (Mike Snyder) installed beautiful quality carpet for our upstairs. It is amazing results! Mike was professional and friendly, and his team did a beautiful job on our house. I highly recommend him for any home remodeling. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process!

After a slight problem with installation date - I was very pleased with how the GM took care of the issue immediately. This was my third time doing business with Floors for Living and would highly recommend them. The installers were prompt and professional. They paid attention to where the furniture was placed after the installation. They took pictures before it was moved. The furniture was handled with care. They were both polite, never stopped until it was done. It was very refreshing to see this kind, young couple take such pride in their work. I met with Adam and he was absolutely amazing through the whole process of helping me pick the right flooring as well as measurements, setting up the appointment for my schedule and checking in after the floors were installed.

I did some shopping around with several other companies and decided to go with Floors for Living because of Adam. He explained the differences in types of floors, took my concerns into consideration (I have 3 dogs and one is a senior that has accidents in the house). At the other flooring companies I felt like they didn’t really care and didn’t take the time to listen to me. Adam was professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with my new carpet purchased from Floors for Living; what a difference it makes! From the moment I called to inquire, Adam was on top of my flooring project! We refreshed the entire second floor, stairs & primary closet. I very much appreciate him checking in & keeping it all on track. He even checked in the day after install to be sure that all was well, on Easter Sunday. The carpet installers were also great! They worked really well together. They were kind & respectful to me throughout the day, and they cleaned up after themselves too. Overall a pleasant experience and I’m super grateful. Thx

I want to take a moment to thank Adam Adams for everything he has done for my family.

Almost a year ago, we experienced a small kitchen flood that turned into a full kitchen renovation. As of this morning, we finally have new flooring installed—but getting here was anything but easy. The insurance process was incredibly difficult. From April through November, we went back and forth, and at one point, we were even preparing to take legal action.

Everything changed in November when a senior advisor from the insurance company contacted us and admitted that the documentation we had provided would make it very difficult for them to win in court. That’s when they finally agreed to cover our flooring and the rest of the necessary repairs. As of today, March 31st, we officially have new tile though out or home.

This outcome would not have been possible without Adam.

From almost the day after the flood, Adam worked side by side with us every step of the way. He wrote multiple detailed letters to the insurance company on our behalf, each one thoughtfully prepared and backed by solid evidence. When the insurance company tried to claim our flooring issues were due to improper installation, Adam provided clear information about how thin set materials have changed over the years—and how the product used in our home likely had known issues when exposed to moisture.

His knowledge, persistence, and willingness to support us made all the difference.

Beyond that, Adam is truly a man of his word. From day one, he promised to stand with us throughout the process and offer the best pricing possible—and he absolutely delivered. In the middle of what was otherwise a stressful and frustrating renovation, he made the flooring portion the most positive and enjoyable part.

Because of Adam, I can confidently say I’ll be a lifelong customer of Floors for Living. I’ve already recommended him to several friends, and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation.

I decided to upgrade the floors in my home about two months ago. I couldn't be happier with the results. I get compliments everytime I open the door to anyone who stops by. I have been telling all of my friends to go and see Mike Snyder on Louetta. He gave me a great deal with a great warranty. The install was quick and they were neat, organized and clean.
