He did a good job laying out the install process, and what makes for a good or bad quality of install etc. He was attentive in understanding what we liked or didn’t like about certain flooring materials, and was very transparent about what affects price and quality of material. Many home goods vendors insist on an hour long pitch before discussing anything real and it usually just wastes both parties’ time.
