We worked with Steve who was extremely helpful in selecting the right carpet for our home- he gave many great tips and ideas based on what we were looking for and was very thorough in his explanations. The overall package/pricing was competitive in comparison to some of the bigger box stores in the area, even with choosing upgraded padding. We made the decision to make an offer on a house in The Woodlands. We knew the house was going to need new floors so while in town I was visiting a friend and her office just so happened to be next to Floors for Living on 1488. I was just going to pop in to see what they had and this is where I met the salesman, Norm. He was awesome! He provided pricing and gave me samples to take with me. Materials were very hard to get at the time but he assured me he could make it happen...and he did! From the time we placed our order until delivery it was right at a week. It was crucial we received the delivery as promised because our movers were on their way with our furnishings. Our product actually arrived a day early! He kept us informed from the time the order was placed until it landed for pickup. NORM gets 5 STARS !!! The product also receives 5 STARS! We love it!!
