We went to the Floors For Living in Friendswood looking for some engineered wood to replace the carpet in our bedroom to be close to what we already have in our living area, as it is now discontinued. Ours is 3" planks and anything that came near what we have was 5" and not a good enough match for me, plus way over our budget for one room of flooring. So, we thought about replacing the carpet with a shorter/commercial type carpet. We found something we liked at Home Depot, but decided to go back to FFL to see what they had. John who was our sales rep and had helped us with the wood floor options, had several options in the carpet for us and we found one we felt we would like. The price was $500 less than the one we found at Home Depot, so decided to go with FFL. John was very persistent in helping us first looking at engineered wood, then the carpet. We felt he gave us a good price and when the installers came, they had upgraded our padding to the higher quality. The installers were very polite and professional and took good care to not scruff the walls and moved the furniture out and then back. Overall, we had a great experience with John and FFL in Friendswood. Highly recommend if you are in the market for flooring, to go see John at Floors for Living in Friendswood.
