Mike worked within my budget and was able to get me scheduled around the holidays and got everything installed before the party. They look fantastic for a great price! I highly recommend the Shenandoah location. They did great work and got it done quickly.

He was incredibly patient, communicative, and proactive—coordinating directly with the flooring manufacturer multiple times to track down samples, confirm availability. His dedication made what could have been a frustrating process feel seamless and stress-free.

The installation team was professional and did an outstanding job.

We recently had our floors replaced and the whole experience was excellent. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Tim explained my options clearly and helped me pick something that fit both my style and budget.
The installation went smoothly and the results are better than I expected — the new floors completely changed the look of my home. You can tell they take pride in their work because the details and finishing touches are spot on.
