I went in to find hardwood flooring that matches my existing flooring, which had been discontinued. Stone was patient and helpful in locating samples that closely matched my floor and even took the samples out to my car for me to take home and compare. A few days after I placed the order, I realized I hadn’t ordered enough and Stone sourced more that could be available the next day. I highly recommend this store! Thanks Stone for all your help!

Great start with Lisa to get the two projects started for us. Material and pricing was our primary concerns. Once we locked it in, installation came soon after. The two laborers were awesome helping us live around the renovations and prompt and careful with furniture moving. Bedroom suite and living area were the projects. End result was a quick and great project!

Floors for Living installed the Cortex floor, Springfield Oak, and it looks great! The transitions from the floor to the tile in the bathrooms was done very carefully. The floor under the trash compactor, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove was completed like the rest of the floor. Using ," See our products in your space," is exactly how the actual floor looks for real. The floor is like having a new home. Floors for Living in Lake Jackson TX and working with Mike Moody was a very good experience.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

We had a seamless experience with Floors for Living replacing the carpet and carpet pad in three of our rooms. We were lucky enough to work with Tommy Edwards, the District Manager, who was incredibly professional, patient, and took great care of us throughout the process. He went the extra mile to help us with our insurance claim as well. We can’t thank him enough for his support.

The installation crew, Ruben and Amy, were also courteous, clean and did an excellent job with the installation. We love the final result and would highly recommend Floors for Living to anyone!

We had a great shopping experience with John. He did a good job laying out the install process, and what makes for a good or bad quality of install etc. He was attentive in understanding what we liked or didn’t like about certain flooring materials, and was very transparent about what affects price and quality of material. I especially appreciate that we were able to meet and discuss quickly. Many home goods vendors insist on an hour long pitch before discussing anything real and it usually just wastes both parties’ time.
