His dedication made what could have been a frustrating process feel seamless and stress-free.

It was great having Tuff come out and walk us through the tile installation process for our shower and shower floor. He brought samples for us to look at, explained everything clearly, and was super helpful. He made sure all of our questions were answered and made the whole process easy to understand.
