Joseph at Floors for Living was fantastic to work with!! I needed to replace carpet on my stairs with wood that would complement my existing second floor hardwood. He walked me through options, pricing, and timelines over the phone on the spot. He was able to pick the perfect match just from a photo!! He also advised me not to replace flooring that didn’t need replacing, saving me thousands of dollars! Honest, knowledgeable, and focused on what truly made sense for my home. I’d absolutely work with him again!

Had a bathroom floor where the tiled was not installed correctly. Floors For Living explaining this problem to me to where i understood what occurred. They worked with me on choosing replacement tile and grout. My new floor looks great and I can barely tell there is grout between the tiles. And the best part is that the cost to me was much less than I expected.

Once again, the Floors For Living at 8911 Sam Houston Parkway has delivered another five star experience. This will be the third time we have come back to this location for updates to our home. This time we had the pleasure of working with Carlos Gonzalez who fully embraces what it means to provide amazing customer service. He assisted us with our selection of wood floors for our Primary Bedroom as well as new carpeting for our stairs and upstairs hallway. We were absolutely thrilled with our initial experience when updating the carpet in one of our guest bedrooms. Sam Curb was absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. Our experience was so great, that when we were looking to install hard wood floors in our home office, we went back to see him again. We were once again delighted with our experience. From start to post installation, he followed through on each step of the process.

I'm glad i choose this flooring company because they were very respectful, kind and professional. Luis found the identical flooring to match the flooring of the house. The workers were on time. I am very happy with flooring and the installers. They said it would take two days but it only took one which was great. Marco was very helpful in helping me pick out what floor would be best for us. Floors look great! I will go back to have the other bedrooms done. I was also very happy with the overall price and process.
