Brandon was absolutely awesome. The days of getting a true in-home consultation (without being in a crazy tax bracket) feel long gone, but he was right there at our kitchen table with floor samples in hand, taking careful measurements and helping us narrow down the perfect color.

He also genuinely understood how important timing was for us with a new baby on the way. He was so kind, sympathetic, and respectful of the fact that this needed to be done on time.

What really impressed me was that after he went back to the store, he realized there was an even better color option. Instead of just moving forward with what we originally picked (which would’ve been fine), he went the extra mile to make sure we saw the better choice and I’m SO glad we did, because it ended up being the best match we could’ve hoped for. Anyone who’s replaced floors later on knows how hard it is to match existing flooring, and Brandon nailed it.

10/10 experience. I would recommend Brandon (and this place) to anyone looking to replace or install floors in their home.
