I absolutely love my floors and the technician did a wonderful Job he took his time and he worked alone and he removed the carpet by himself I would recommend floors for living to everyone and this is not a paid advertisement and also the store gave me floor cleaner for ten years for free my before and after pictures

5 stars for the company and its management. Very clear communication throughout. I hired them to lay down tiles and engineered hardwood for my 2 story house. They sent out a different team for each type of flooring. The wood crew was great but we unfortunately had issues with the tile crew. Robbie helped us escalate the issue to upper management and they got everything resolved smoothly afterwards. The project ended up taking much longer than we anticipated but glad my new floors turned out nicely. Also appreciated that they stuck with the quoted price, no unexpected extra charges. Would use them again for future flooring projects.
