Mike and his team went out of their way to make sure that we got what we wanted at the best possible price. The guys knocked out 3 rooms in a day, and the work they did was amazing. We had Mike help us with our decision on flooring. Long story short-we had a flooding incident that led us needing to replace a lot of flooring in our home. Not only was Floors for a Living the best ‘bang (pun intended) for our buck’ but the customer service was incredible. Mike acted like he had all the time in the world to help me figure out what I wanted. He was knowledgeable and NEVER pushy. He was personable and helped me work thru some possible issues with the flooring I picked. We have special needs children, one of whom has fragile bones and has needed to be in a wheelchair off and on. He thought of possible future problems there might be with flooring and came up with a solution. Mike was patient as we waited on insurance approvals as well. I was so impressed with his work ethic. I will most definitely be going back for future home improvement projects. For reference, we used Cairo Oak LVP.
