Floors for Living did an amazing job! David was extremely helpful from start to finish. I wanted wood flooring installed in three bedrooms and hoped it would match the existing wood flooring in the rest of the house. Even though that exact design of Mohawk flooring had recently been discontinued, David was able to secure enough material for the project. The installation was handled professionally. The two installers called to let me know their arrival time, always wore shoe coverings while working in my house, and they had great attention to detail. They took the time to make sure the quarter round matched the flooring perfectly. The floors bring so much warmth to the bedrooms and I love how everything turned out!

My experience with Floors for Living and with Tom was top notch. I needed guidance and suggestions regarding replacing the carpet in 5 rooms in my house. I also needed someone that would respect my current budget and stay within those parameters. He did not pressure me into purchasing something that was unaffordable. We just had new luxury vinyl put in our entire house which until busting up tile laminate and carpet while living in the house with our dog. The crew was great and accommodating. The floors look amazing and we are very pleased with the service.

We originally placed an order for our downstairs flooring project with a different Floors For Living location. Shortly after, we decided to add our stairs and upstairs flooring to the project and were directed to the Barker Cypress location since it was closer to our home.

That’s when David at the Barker Cypress store stepped in to help us …. and we are SO glad we met him & he became our point of contact.

The downstairs installation happened first, and we noticed something wasn’t right with the flooring. David immediately put the rest of the project on hold until he could identify the issue. It turned out to be a manufacturer defect in the planks.

David went above and beyond to coordinate with the manufacturer and the Floors For Living district manager to get the defective material replaced. He made sure everything was corrected and that we were fully taken care of.

When they say they guarantee their work and put customer satisfaction first, it’s not just a sales pitch. They genuinely mean it, and David backed it up with action.

Our entire house has now been completed, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Beyond the beautiful floors, we were blown away by the level of customer service.

I'm very happy with the selection process and David Guiterrez showing me all of my options and solving the problem I was having and I was in/out in 30 minutes. He scheduled at my convenience and let me pay it out a bit. Overall 5* care! My installer called at 8am, arrived at 9am as promised, and was gone in one hour with a flawless result. These are pictures of the brand new "Autograph" color. Lots of compliments too! Highly recommend!
