I am extremely pleased with the whole process at Floors for Living. Kevin was very patient with me from day 1. I went home with some samples and he didn’t “push” me to make a decision. He explained everything to me including the financial side. We collaborated on a date for installation. The crew that was sent to do the job was exceptional. Kevin called every day to ask how things were going. We had set aside 4 days, but the crew was so efficient that they finished in 2 1/2 days. This is the 3rd time we have used floors for living, Mike has always been very helpful and prompt on coming out for the measurements and following up after install. The flooring turned out great as usual, I only wish that the installers spoke better or any English because it was difficult to get them to answer questions I had. But other than that I would still use this company for any future needs.
