We made the decision to make an offer on a house in The Woodlands. We knew the house was going to need new floors so while in town I was visiting a friend and her office just so happened to be next to Floors for Living on 1488. I was just going to pop in to see what they had and this is where I met the salesman, Norm. He was awesome! He provided pricing and gave me samples to take with me. Materials were very hard to get at the time but he assured me he could make it happen...and he did! From the time we placed our order until delivery it was right at a week. It was crucial we received the delivery as promised because our movers were on their way with our furnishings. Our product actually arrived a day early! He kept us informed from the time the order was placed until it landed for pickup. NORM gets 5 STARS !!! The product also receives 5 STARS! We love it!!

Overall, the process was easy and straightforward. The team came out, measured, and Tim was professional and not pushy, which I appreciated. The installation was done quickly and the flooring looks great.
My only issue was a small follow-up concern. I called about a minor problem and spoke with Logan, who said someone would get back to me, but no one ever followed up.
Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and I would still recommend this company overall.
