We purchased a new home that needed all new floors. We came into the store and Mike gave us great information to help us select the right floor for us. We selected the floor and headed back to Canada until it was time to move. We were able to arranged everything being so far away. Flooring was ready to be installed the day after we took possession. The process was smooth and we LOVE our new floors.

I met with Mike Nooney-Store Manager. He directed us to the appropriate carpet for our needs and me us the very early the next morning for measurement and quotation. He stated it would be 2-3 weeks for installation which beat his local competition but would do his best to make it close to the two week timeframe and he DELIVERED!
The installers were absolutely fantastic and left the home in spotless condition. I highly recommend Floors for Living for ALL your flooring needs.

I went in to the Floors for living in Shenandoah after shopping at the Home Depot right next to them. The 2 experiences were like night and day. The guy at Home Depot wasn’t sure about a lot of my questions and concerns and just shrugged them off as no big deal. When I went to floors for living, I was immediately greeted with a warm, genuine smile from a sales lady named Diane. When I asked my questions she answered with knowledge and professionalism. And the ones she wasn’t sure about she immediately got her manager Mike to come and assist her which he seemed very happy to do. I left there comfortable and knowledgeable to make my decision on my flooring and when I do, I will be going to floors for living and giving my business to Diane and Mike.
