Where to begin? Any kind of large home renovation is stressful. We walked in to Floors for Living in Spring to see what it would take to completely overhaul the floors in our house. It's something we've wanted to do since we moved in 5 years ago, and the timing was right. Our sales associate/manager, Adam Adams was phenomenal. He was patient and very accommodating. He explained things very clearly, and we ultimately decided to move forward with the floor and carpet renovation. Our home is just under 3000 square feet, so this was going to be no small task. The crew that they contracted to take care of this endeavor was nothing short of exceptional! They were on time, got right to work pulling up our old floors, cleaning up the house, making sure that the house was properly tented, so that the dust was not nearly as bad as it could have been. They took care and consideration to make sure the job was done properly. We were told it was going to take approximately 4-5 days. They got it done in three, and they did it beautifully. I cannot thank Rubi enough for her communication, and Luis and his crew for their hard and efficient work! Adam was also responsive and helpful when we initially thought the incorrect product was sent. It was correct and we could not be happier! Great company. Great service. Would give more stars of I could!

I wanted to say again how much I am enjoying my new laminate flooring. It makes me happy. Also, Adam at the Louetta location has been a great help to us with referral help and getting floor cleaner. He's a great guy!

We had carpet installed upstairs and tile downstairs and everything came out great. Thank you Adam for your prompt customer service you were very patient with us.

Customer service was excellent! Adam was very helpful with the entire process, from picking a wood-look tile to scheduling installation. The tile was delayed on the manufacturer’s end, but as soon as it arrived the crew got right on it and did a really great job. Highly recommend!

We have recently had two different floor installs done through the 6402 Louetta Rd. location of Floors for Living. They were both positive experiences and we'd like to thank our salesman Adam A. for making them so.
