I am extremely pleased with the whole process at Floors for Living. Kevin was very patient with me from day 1. I went home with some samples and he didn’t “push” me to make a decision. He explained everything to me including the financial side. We collaborated on a date for installation. The crew that was sent to do the job was exceptional. Kevin called every day to ask how things were going. We had set aside 4 days, but the crew was so efficient that they finished in 2 1/2 days. This is the 3rd time we have used floors for living, Mike has always been very helpful and prompt on coming out for the measurements and following up after install. The flooring turned out great as usual, I only wish that the installers spoke better or any English because it was difficult to get them to answer questions I had. But other than that I would still use this company for any future needs.

Mike Moody at floors for living had his crew do an amazing job me and my wife we were able to pick out floors that they did not have in stock and they were able to get them shipped in, his crew did amazing craftsmanship and went above and beyond to complete the job they will be back to do our carpet on the stairs in the guest house soon. They also installed our carpet in the house and gave no issue when asked to return to stretch the carpet under warranty a year late.

I was impressed by the whole process of replacing my floors. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding all the types and colors available to choose from. The installers called the day before and arrived on time. They were very careful during the install and cleaned up the work area several times during the day. They even finished sooner than expected.
