Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and guided us toward a 12mm premium-quality laminate that looks beautiful, feels solid, and is very durable—all at an affordable price. She clearly explained the differences in materials, thickness, and performance, helping us make an informed decision without any pressure or upselling.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Adrian was our salesman and made the whole process easy. He took the time to explain our options, answered every question, and helped us choose the right luxury vinyl for our space.

The installation went smoothly and the results look fantastic. You can tell the installers really know what they’re doing. They don’t use random contractors — they use skilled craftsmen who specialize in flooring, and it shows in the quality of the work.

Toward the end, when Adrian wasn’t available, the manager Adam stepped in right away and made sure everything was handled. It really felt like a team effort, and we never felt left hanging.

Overall, great communication, great product, and a top-notch install. Highly recommend working with this team.

Brandon was absolutely awesome. The days of getting a true in-home consultation (without being in a crazy tax bracket) feel long gone, but he was right there at our kitchen table with floor samples in hand, taking careful measurements and helping us narrow down the perfect color.

He also genuinely understood how important timing was for us with a new baby on the way. He was so kind, sympathetic, and respectful of the fact that this needed to be done on time.

What really impressed me was that after he went back to the store, he realized there was an even better color option. Instead of just moving forward with what we originally picked (which would’ve been fine), he went the extra mile to make sure we saw the better choice and I’m SO glad we did, because it ended up being the best match we could’ve hoped for. Anyone who’s replaced floors later on knows how hard it is to match existing flooring, and Brandon nailed it.

10/10 experience. I would recommend Brandon (and this place) to anyone looking to replace or install floors in their home.
