I had a wonderful experience with Sarah today. From the first greeting, she was very friendly and helpful. Sarah was knowledgeable about the different types of hard surfaces that I inquired about (laminate, tile, quartz). Every question I asked she was able to answer them and if she didn't have an answer she researched it on the spot which I didn't have a problem with. I rather a person say I don't know, but let me find out, than to make something up. Especially since I will verify it later anyway. With all of that being said, I am in my shopping-around prep/phase for my remodel, but she made it easy to consider making that location a potential one-stop shop for when I'm ready to move forward. I met with Adam and he was absolutely amazing through the whole process of helping me pick the right flooring as well as measurements, setting up the appointment for my schedule and checking in after the floors were installed.

I did some shopping around with several other companies and decided to go with Floors for Living because of Adam. He explained the differences in types of floors, took my concerns into consideration (I have 3 dogs and one is a senior that has accidents in the house). At the other flooring companies I felt like they didn’t really care and didn’t take the time to listen to me. Adam was professional, and friendly. I highly recommend him if you need anything related to remodeling your home
