Simply amazing! Austin provided a detailed description of what they will do, how they will execute and what all guarantees are provided. Oscar and his team arrived on time, kept us updated and made it very clear that they do not leave till we are happy. There were some special transition pieces required and Austin travelled more than 2 hours to get the pieces back to my home on the same day. Marcos at The Woodlands store spent time with us picking out just the right carpet and color. When we were ready for the installation (several weeks later) the appointment was easily made and the new carpet was installed perfectly in just a couple of hours and looks perfect with our new color scheme.
