We had a great shopping experience with John. He did a good job laying out the install process, and what makes for a good or bad quality of install etc. He was attentive in understanding what we liked or didn’t like about certain flooring materials, and was very transparent about what affects price and quality of material. I especially appreciate that we were able to meet and discuss quickly. Many home goods vendors insist on an hour long pitch before discussing anything real and it usually just wastes both parties’ time.

Staff at the showroom were extremely knowledgeable in the flooring we needed for a really large install. They followed through with emails and written quotes quickly. The financing and product specials were a huge asset in our ability to complete this project without breaking the bank. No hidden fees, no added costs. We had 2 teams of installers who were polite , professional and did expert installations of the flooring. They took care of moving our furniture about without damage and made sure everything was put back in place as well as cleaning up the trash and debris.
