We just got all the carpet in our house, including the stairs, replaced with hardwood floor by Floors for Living office on S. Peek Rd. Kassim was very kind and patiently answered all of our questions when we went to the store looking for hardwood floor options.
We chose MonoTech by Truetouch, which is a waterproof and scratch resistant wood flooring. Kassim let us borrow a sample of the product we chose to see how the color would look in our house, then he came over a couple of days later to take measurements of all the areas where the carpet was going to be replaced, answered more questions we had, and gave us more details about the installation and the estimated cost. Not pushy at all.
The contractors came to install the new floor as scheduled, and did an excellent job! They moved all our furniture, were very careful with all the details of the installation, professional, and even completed the installation in half the time (3 days instead of 6 days!). They also gave us tips for taking care of the floor.
We couldn’t be happier with our new wood flooring and with the service Floor for Living provided! We will definitely recommend them to our relatives and friends.
