After a slight problem with installation date - I was very pleased with how the GM took care of the issue immediately. This was my third time doing business with Floors for Living and would highly recommend them. The installers were prompt and professional. They paid attention to where the furniture was placed after the installation. They took pictures before it was moved. The furniture was handled with care. They were both polite, never stopped until it was done. It was very refreshing to see this kind, young couple take such pride in their work. Booked an appointment online, Jake Welch came out next day as requested (on a Saturday) and arrived at the time I requested. Measured up, brought samples and we did the deal there and then. Installation was back logged a few weeks. But Jake worked some magic and installed my carpets within the week! Highly recommend him and the company!
