It’s stunning and was expertly installed. Some standout details of our experience were Tommy’s knowledge of the product and process. Also lead installer Santiago’s great communication. The efficiency and respectfulness of the installation crew. As well as their keeping the project on schedule despite some challenges removing our old flooring, which was -not- their fault, The care they took with our home and belongings all the way through to cleaning up after they finished installation was professional and appreciated. We got a great deal on the flooring from the President’s Day sale promotion and every detail: measuring, ordering, installation and follow up were outstanding. Very satisfied with Tommy and everyone at Floors for Living.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah today. From the first greeting, she was very friendly and helpful. Sarah was knowledgeable about the different types of hard surfaces that I inquired about (laminate, tile, quartz). Every question I asked she was able to answer them and if she didn't have an answer she researched it on the spot which I didn't have a problem with. I rather a person say I don't know, but let me find out, than to make something up. Especially since I will verify it later anyway. With all of that being said, I am in my shopping-around prep/phase for my remodel, but she made it easy to consider making that location a potential one-stop shop for when I'm ready to move forward.
