I moved to the Katy area from Virginia but I’m originally from Massachusetts. I walked in and met Justin and we instantly connected after small talk and learning his family was from Massachusetts too. I told Justin my situation and what I was looking for in regards to the flooring in my new home he was familiar with the builder of my new built home and directed me to the flooring in the store that would fit my needs. He came to my home to do measurements and brought some samples with him. I picked one but a week later we were in form that it was back order but Justin was able to find a similar floor that when it was actually placed looked better than the one I picked. When I asked about cleaning products he also helped me out. He is an amazing sale rep. I would recommend him to anyone he took good care of my new home needs and my floors look great

I needed new floors in our main living area and stopped by this store just to see what they had to offer. Frank greeted me when I walked in the door and made it a pleasant experience from the start. He helped us pick out samples and understand exactly what we were looking for. Once we decided on a floor type and color, the pricing was fair and included everything. It was extremely straightforward. Great experience from start to finish.

Had to have sub-floor fixed in my guest bathroom. They completed the job in 4 hours and did a fantastic job. They also discovered the reason for my sub-floor for sinking in. I would highly recommend them for any flooring.
