Mike Snyder was my representative at Floors for Living. I got to the store before it opened and Mike did too, and he let me come in early with him which I appreciated. I told him I was looking to put down laminate flooring throughout my home. I told him I was looking for a medium dark brown kinda a rustic look. He pulled a couple of samples and right away I chose what I wanted. He discussed the laminate flooring with me and set an appointment to visit with me at my home and get measurements. Very polite to me and answered all my questions and said call him (personal number) if any thing comes up and I have more questions. He sent me a picture of what my chosen flooring would look like in my home. The installers were awesome and finished earlier than I was told and they left my home clean. The flooring is absolutely gorgeous looking in my home and Mike is to thank for that. He showed me the best flooring ever and I tell everyone and show off my house pictures to friends I know. What a stunning transformation! The curved staircase with those warm wood treads and white risers flows so beautifully with the matching hardwood floors, everything feels cohesive and elevated. David helped me with everything, and the result is pure elegance that makes the whole entry feel special every time I walk in. Couldn’t be happier!
