Great service by Austin, Joe, and Fernando. After a hiccup with the wrong carpet being delivered, the team got on it and ordered an immediate replacement. New carpet installed without issue. Would definitely use them on my next project.

UPDATE...Austin reached out to me today (6/18/26). He wanted to make things right. I could either have stairs replaced or accept a credit. I chose to accept a credit. So, I am happy again and am changing my ** to a ***** rating. Thank you, Austin!!

It's been a year (6/2025) since I had floors installed. Love my floors. Not as happy with my stairs. There is a color difference between stair nose and plank. It's not drastic, but when you are paying a pretty penny for floors, you'd like them to be right. Tried to work with store to get color match, but have given up. Just feel like I've been given the run around. They have not once contacted me. I am the one calling each time. And each time, am told they are working on it. I even asked if they could atleast give some sort of credit, so can just move on. Still nothing. Makes me sad, because Austin was really nice to work with. Even the installation guys were great. Was really hoping for a better outcome. Live and learn.

Excellent service by Austin and the entire crew. I’m not a stranger to floors for living quality work or the great customer service at this location. If I have any flooring need, I will always come to floors for living.

Sales rep Tim came out and help me with a great deal… He beat two other companies that I had to come out with pricewise and timewise… Tim measured everything perfectly in and out, and even hidden spots that I wasn’t aware of… Tim was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and help me choose my material for my project…
The installer sorry I don’t remember his name, was great… He explained some things to me, showed me some things and walked me through the insulation before he started…
As he finished, he cleaned up everything and walked me around to see if I had any questions about anything… He done an amazing fantastic job… This project was a long time in the making, and I am so glad that I had it done and so proud of the outlook…
I highly recommend Floors for living to anyone, friends and family that might need some flooring work done….

Joseph was very knowledgeable and honest went the extra mile and was always available for questions. He made sure ever went smoothly with the instillation. I highly recommend floors for living they have quality products and a great price.

Conway was awesome getting us everything we asked for. We had a lot of requests and time lines, and he came through! We got a few other quotes as well, and Floors for Living was by far the best value. Everything was well communicated and the crew was great about cleaning up after taking up our tile.

I went in to find hardwood flooring that matches my existing flooring, which had been discontinued. Stone was patient and helpful in locating samples that closely matched my floor and even took the samples out to my car for me to take home and compare. A few days after I placed the order, I realized I hadn’t ordered enough and Stone sourced more that could be available the next day. I highly recommend this store! Thanks Stone for all your help!

Great start with Lisa to get the two projects started for us. Material and pricing was our primary concerns. Once we locked it in, installation came soon after. The two laborers were awesome helping us live around the renovations and prompt and careful with furniture moving. Bedroom suite and living area were the projects. End result was a quick and great project!
