Me in my wife had a great experience with Floors for living … at the call Center- Debbie was excellent at making us feel we had the right company. She was an awesome listener to what we wanted and our needs … sell person at the store- Alec this man really knows his job , very detailed and well spoken. He provided us with all the right information that we needed. Alec was a constant professional helping us with every aspect of the process. The installers were great. After getting a few quotes to replace carpet on the stairs, Floors for Living was an easy choice. Kari Richardson showed up timely to discuss options and the entire process was easy and professional. Very pleased with the carpet install and would recommend Floors for Living.

Went into the store, looking for a particular tile and was greeted by Mr. Carlos. He gave me a few options. Unfortunate. He did not have the tile I was actually looking for he was very knowledgeable very helpful. I definitely recommend this store and ask for Carlos.
