I felt assured based on other customers reviews. Then, when a competitor said I was getting a great deal that they couldn’t match was even better. We needed to replace our carpeted stairs and second floor and this proved difficult to match since our builder grade first floor was discontinued. David ordered WPC vinyl samples and he recommended one we didn’t personally choose which came out to be our winner.

Pictures show Parchment Oak from the COREtec Originals Premium collection. Couldn’t be happier with the material/color. The trades are helpful/patient during install. I couldn’t believe they did this big of a project in a day. They’re coming back to do some touch ups, but I’m satisfied with the whole experience thus far.

Mike Snyder was my representative at Floors for Living. I got to the store before it opened and Mike did too, and he let me come in early with him which I appreciated. I told him I was looking to put down laminate flooring throughout my home. I told him I was looking for a medium dark brown kinda a rustic look. He pulled a couple of samples and right away I chose what I wanted. He discussed the laminate flooring with me and set an appointment to visit with me at my home and get measurements. Very polite to me and answered all my questions and said call him (personal number) if any thing comes up and I have more questions. He sent me a picture of what my chosen flooring would look like in my home. The installers were awesome and finished earlier than I was told and they left my home clean. The flooring is absolutely gorgeous looking in my home and Mike is to thank for that. He showed me the best flooring ever and I tell everyone and show off my house pictures to friends I know. What a stunning transformation! The curved staircase with those warm wood treads and white risers flows so beautifully with the matching hardwood floors, everything feels cohesive and elevated. David helped me with everything, and the result is pure elegance that makes the whole entry feel special every time I walk in. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a great experience with floors for living. Mike was great, communicated clearly and was timely. The crew were respectful and worked well with us (we have small kids, large dogs) when there was a lot going on. They finished even faster than originally quoted and our new floors are beautiful! We’ve had them for almost 5 months now and we couldn’t be happier with them.

We just had new floors installed last week. We dreaded what we thought would be another contractor nightmare. But it wasn’t. The install crew (2) worked till 6:30 almost every night. They were deliberate with daily milestones in order to meet the completion time we had been given. They moved furniture, cleaned up after themselves and fixed the little things without us having to point them out. This was a great experience. We intend to finish our home with the new floors after the first of the year…but only if we can get the same crew. I highly recommend this company.
