John Casiano was a tremendous help with being able to locate the exact flooring I needed for a client of mine who was selling their home. I was able to buy in smaller quantities for minor repairs which was not the case at most flooring companies in the area. He knew the products extremely well, was patient with me while helping me understand what I needed to purchase and because it was available within a 10 day or less window it salvaged a real estate deal. I highly recommend working with John for your flooring needs. His store was very nice and his customer service was absolutely outstanding! He followed up with me every step of the way once I made the order with text and a photo of my purchase and ensured my delivery came in on time and made sure I had no issues upon pickup. Bravo!

Cannot thank Tough at the Conroe location for his help with our floors! After moving into a new home, we needed to match the floors they had previously laid. Great experience with Floors for Living (Pasadena). Our salesman Wesley Petrowski was very helpful, professional and patient while we picked out replacement carpet for our newly remodeled home. He came out the same week and measured, also recommended colors in the color family we were looking for, which was great! Our installers worked hard and steady making the installation run smoothly. They are brothers that worked seamlessly together. Very professional and cleaned up everything as they worked and were done. We are thankful to our neighbor that also had a good experience with this company. Would definitely recommend for your flooring needs!
